FREE delivery on Orders over £50.00
Orders under £50.00 will be charged at the following rates.

Next Day Delivery Charge On All Orders £7.95
 
Deliveries to UK mainland usually take 3 to 5 working days and will usually require a signature on delivery.
All goods come with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty unless stated*
 
The above shipping rates are quoted to Mainland UK Only. Additional Carriage charges may apply to areas outside Mainland UK. Customers will be contacted if this is the case, to arrange additional Payment.
 
Republic Of Ireland Carriage charge is £12.95 on any order up to 30 KG
 
 
Out Of Stock Items

If any item ordered is found to be out of stock we will contact you and advise of a delivery date. In this case the customer can ask for a refund for the item or wait for the item to become available for delivery.

Returns & Refunds

(B) Return of Goods:

All goods to be returned must be authorised before return. No unauthorised returns will be accepted. To arrange a return please contact us on 0191 3773737 (Fax.0191 3778433) or e-mail returns@mccormicktools.co.uk. We must be informed within 7 working days from the date of recieving your goods of your intention to return items from your order. All return postage charges are to be paid by the customer.  Once authorised please return the goods to us. All returned goods that are not faulty must be unused and returned in the original UNDAMAGED packaging or they will not be accepted for a credit. In this case a return postage charge of £4.95 will be charged and the goods returned to the customer.
