FREE delivery on Orders over £125.00 ex. VAT.
Orders under £125.00 will be charged at the following rates.
 
Standard Carriage Charge £4.95
Next Day Delivery Charge On All Orders £10.95
 
Deliveries to UK mainland usually take 3 to 5 working days and will usually require a signature on delivery.
All goods come with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty unless stated*
 
 
Out Of Stock Items

If any item ordered is found to be out of stock we will contact you and advise of a delivery date. In this case the customer can ask for a refund for the item or wait for the item to become available for delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Every item we offer carries a manufacturer's warranty for peace of mind. We will arrange a full refund / replacement in the event of an incorrect item being supplied (on recipt of the incorrect item back to us). If an item arrives damaged or faulty we will either uplift and replace or ship a replacement part, on some occasions we may ask the customer to send the item back to us, in this case the customers postage cost will be refunded (proof of posting required). Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of recipt of the goods.

If you have ordered an item and changed your mind you may return it at your cost. A refund will be given on recipt of the item less original postage charge cost to us (or if free postage 8% of total item cost). The item must be as new, unused and all original packaging must be intact. Any Items returned that have been used / damaged a 25% restocking charge (cost of item) will be applied.
