Camshaft adjuster holding and turning socket used to set and hold the camshaft adjusters on the “Generation III” TFSi 1.8 and 2.0L petrol engines across the VAG ranges.
- Applications: Audi A3 (from 2011), A4, A5 Coupe, A5 Cabriolet (2009) and Q5 (2008). Seat Alhambra, Altea, Altea XL (2009), Exeo, Freetrack (2011) and Leon.
- Engines: 1.8 and 2.0L 4-cylinder TFSi direct injection engines Gen III.
- Equivalent to OEM T40266.
- For rotating and holding the intake camshaft during the timing chain service. Use with Laser Part No. 5981 (Engine Timing Tool Kit) and Part No. 5920 (Crankshaft Pulley Holding Tool).
- Use with a 3/8"D ratchet.
