Delivery Information

McCormick Tools is now pleased to offer free delivery to any *Uk Mainland address for orders over £100 and delivery starting at £3.95 for orders under £100.

For non UK Mainland address shipping will be calculated at checkout. Delivery methods are chosen based on order weight, cost and location and some of the carriers we use are DPD, Royal Mail and DHL Parcel. Full tracking details will be available in your account and dispatch emails.

We try to dispatch all orders within 2 Working Days (Mon-Fri) but usually quicker. Orders are usually delivered in 1-2 working days after dispatch.

*We may also send items directly from our trusted suppliers to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please see below.

Next Day Delivery If selecting the next day delivery service you order will be delivered to you the next working day (Mon-Fri) so if ordering on a Friday you would receive the order on the following Monday. Orders for the next day service need to be made before 2PM and the cost will be advised at checkout but starts from £12.95.

International Delivery

We dispatch orders to a number of international destinations and adding more all the time. 

PLEASE NOTE:
We do not collect VAT or duty on international orders, all product pricing for customers outside the UK is excluding UK VAT, it is the responsibility of the receiver to pay all applicable charges, duty and VAT to the courier company before or on delivery. The delivering courier will contact you by email or SMS to advise of  the charges and how to pay. Failure to pay the charges will result in the parcel being returned to us which may take some time. We will refund the order on return less any carriage charges paid at the time of ordering.

Unfortunately we are unable to send spray paint and powdered gloves outside of the UK.

*Occasionally we may supply goods direct from our suppliers (large & heavy goods or bulky orders) in this case, the terms and conditions of the supplier will apply. Goods shipped directly from the supplier will be bound by their product return terms and conditions. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION

We dispatch all our orders on a next working day service* (UK Mainland) unless a Royal Mail tracked service is selected e.g Tracked 48.

Orders are usually received the next working day after your order is dispatched but occasionaly this may take longer. Royal Mail Tracked 48 deliveries usually take between 2-3 days.

 * Longer delivery time to the following postcode areas AB(some), BT, FK, G83, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA ,KW ,PA, PH ,ZE

 All orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours after ordering but we try our best to get your order dispatched to you sooner.
