Permits valve stem seal and valve spring replacement without the need to remove the cylinder head. Superior cast design with radiused fulcrum for smooth spring compression. Suitable for CVH Ford engines 1.3, 1.4 and 1.6 as fitted to Escort (inc. XR3i and RS Turbo) and Fiesta (inc. RS Turbo).
