Description

The 8982 has been developed to remove and replace the Audi coolant caps that are fitted with a locking device. The wrench has a specially shaped tooth that presses the cap release button as torque is applied.
  • Applications Include: Audi A4 (2017 - 2020), A5 (2018 - 2021), A6 (from 2019), A7 (from 2019), A8 (from 2019), Q5 (from 2018), Q7 (from 2017), Q8 (from 2019), RS5 (from 2018), RS6 (from 2021), RS7 (from 2021), S4 (from 2018), S5 (from 2018), S6 (from 2020), S7 (2020), S8 (2020), SQ5 (from 2029), SQ7 (from 2020), SQ8 (from 2020).
  • Engine sizes include: 2.0L, 2.9L, 3.0L, 4.0L petrol & hybrid.
  • Designed to allow the coolant cap to be released using 3/8"D socketry.
  • Fits Audi OEM cap 4M0-121-321-Q, black cap with 8 flutes and a release button.
  • NOTE: Ensure marked lug aligns with release button on cap. WARNING: Never release the cap when the cooling system is hot & pressurised. Made in Sheffield. UK Registered Design.
