Description

This kit was developed to remove and replace the timing chain or timing belts found on the Ford Duratorq range of engines as well as PSA and Ford 2.0L and 2.4L engines. In addition to the engine timing tools, the kit also includes the special tools required to enable the high pressure diesel pump to be removed without disturbing the timing chain.
  • Timing tool kit for Ford Duratorq engines including timing pump removal and installation tools for 2.0 and 2.4L engines.
  • For engines built from 2002 - 2010.
  • Includes camshaft/crankshaft sprocket alignment pin, chain tensioner, fuel pump cover removal tool and fuel injection pump sprocket locking tool.
  • Supplied in foam tray. For 1.4L, 1.5L and 1.6L TDCi, please see Laser Part No. 4145.
  • Metal case available - Part No. 4536. Made in Sheffield.
