Description

The Mercedes-Benz CDi injector clamping bolts can be prone to seizing in place and can often break when being removed. This kit provides the special tools required to drill out the broken bolt and fit M6 threaded inserts to allow new OEM M6 bolts to be used.
  • Application: Mercedes-Benz CDi engines.
  • Contents: M8 x 1.0mm Tap, 7 - 8mm step drill, 6mm drill, drill guide, insert fitting tool and five threaded inserts.
  • As the task can be performed with minimal dismantling and the cam cover remaining in place, this tool is a great time saver.
  • Use with an appropriate tap wrench - Laser recommends Part No. 6000.
