Description

This comprehensive kit has been manufactured for the B38 and B48 engined MINI and B38, B48 and B58 BMW engines; this kit consists of the camshaft and crankshaft holding tools as well as the flywheel alignment tool for manual and automatic vehicles. Please note Laser Timing Chain Pre-Tensioner Tool (Part No. 5153) may also be required. An additional kit may be required if work is being carried out on the balance shafts - use Laser Part No. 7253 (B38 engines) or Part No. 6840 (B48 engines).
  • Applications: BMW 1 Series (from 2015), 2 Series (from 2014), 3 Series (from 2015), 4 Series (from 2015), 5 Series (from 2017), 6 Series (from 2017), 7 Series (from 2015), i8 (from 2014), X1 (from 2015), X2 (from 2018), X3 (from 2017), X4 (from 2018), X5 (from 2018), X6 (from 2019), X7 (2018 – 2021) and Z4 (from 2019); MINI Clubman (from 2015), Hatch (from 2014), Convertible (from 2016) and Countryman (from 2017); Toyota GR Supra (from 2019)
  • Engine Applications: B38 (1.2 -02/2018) (1.5L), B48 (2.0L) and B58 (3.0L).
  • Equivalent to OEM tools: 2 358 122, 2 456 372 , 2 357 904, 2 365 488, 2 288 380 and 11 4 120.
  • For 22mm x 16 point splined VANOS adjuster socket, please see Laser Part No. 7429.
  • Designed to be used in accordance with OEM instructions. Made in Sheffield.
