It looks like a well made item. There is a bit of end float on the wheel axle. I recommend fitting two M16 washers (30mm outside/ 16mm inside diameter hole) to each end if you intend to use this regularly for very heavy lifting on the stairs.
I always use Hycote clear for various projects & have found it to be an excellent 1k clearcoat. I've just found out there's a wide spray nozzle which is a great bonus.
