Description

Ford 6 speed DPS6/6DCT250 (Powershift) twin plate dry clutch packs are supplied with transit hooks which are built in to the clutch unit. If the clutch has been fitted and then removed for some reason other than complete replacement the clutch pack will need the transport hooks to be reset before it is fitted back into the gearbox. The Laser 8035 is designed to be used in accordance with Ford OEM instructions for OEM tool 307-676. NOTE: do not attempt to use this reset tool on a new clutch which already has its transport hooks set.
  • Specially designed to reset the transport hooks prior to refitting the DCT dry clutch kits used by Ford.
  • Applications include: Ford Transit Connect (from 2014), Fiesta (from 2008), Focus (From 2010) and B-Max (from 2012).
  • Specifically for resetting the twin clutch pack fitted to Ford 6 speed DPS6 / 6DCT250 transmissions.
  • Use in accordance with OEM instructions.
  • For clutch pack removal and fitting, use Laser Part No. 7727 and for seal replacement use Laser Part No. 7821.
