Description

The Laser HGV brake disc press kit allows the user to easily and quickly push the floating brake discs off the hubs found on many modern HGV and commercial vehicles. The high load short rams are designed to sit between the disc and the back of the hub allowing force to be applied to push the disc off. The kit is equipped with 2 control valves allowing the pressure to be applied to one or both of the rams at a time as required and is supplied in a blow mould case for storage.
  • 14 tonne capacity hydraulic rams with individual control valves on one control block.
  • 2 hydraulic hoses 1000mm long. Ram body fixed height = 83mm, ram extends by 45mm.
  • Applications include: DAF, Renault and Volvo commercial vehicles.
  • Also suitable for pushing off stuck wheels where access permits.
  • Designed to operate with Air Powered Hydraulic Pump (please see Part No. 7862) or Hydraulic Hand Pump, Part No. 7861.
